MY OPINION ONLY -  ISX should have nothing to lose and much to gain if ASIC intervene in the ASX/ISX 'conflict'.  We have not seen any evidence to date to suggest that ISX should have been suspended or remain suspended by the ASX.  Part of the ISX claim against the ASX relates to an 'evidenced' and ' widely' perceived lack of procedural fairness.  Surely [??] ASIC would not demonstrate a lack of procedural and equitable fairness against ISX.
