Even an undergraduate's additional honours research project [6 or 12 months duration] or a postgraduate certificate or masters by research [1-2 years for each] would suffice to research, investigate and report re the ASX's actions towards ISX. Volumes of research on the topic are freely available from many referenced and informed sources.
I'll look into this further. I'm sure there are many who could or would sponsor the research.
Sponsorship is certainly not as expensive as asking a legal team to investigate and report.
