The stock has no liquidity and any off market transactions could easily be tracked if needed by authorities. In my opinion the suspension acts as a de facto escrow. Itzgr8 as usual is splitting hairs for a narative, but in my opinion in reality (de facto) the perf shares cannot be sold. In terms of the circumstances surrounding the offer of escrow, well thats been done to death. ISX claims it was rejected despite being open to it, ASX listed the reasons why it thinks that is not the case.
