Words matter @JoeGambler. You stating "the perf shares cannot be sold", is just plain not true. That the initial investors choose not to sell them does not equate to that they cannot be sold. This reminds me of another disagreement we had. It was you that stated that JK's brother was a "related party", which is just plain not true according to the corporations' act (see Post #:49049344). This is not "splitting hairs" - it is a fact.
