Maybe but it doesn't really matter what the bill is. ASX will be picking up the tab for the lot when the judgment in favour of ISX is delivered. There'll probably also be a well-weighted Offer of Comp/Calderbank letter served shortly (if not already) to possibly sweeten the pot!
