That's what I thought, bass is trying to sell at a business value of ~$440m for both entities. Clearly that is outrageous. The HC financial projections in the prospectus forecast profits in the low single digit millions. That's a business likely worth sub 100m, and probably why HC valued both entities it at around 50m.
