Andrew Forrest launches criminal case against Facebook over crypto scams
Mining magnate Andrew “Twiggy” Forrest has launched a criminal case against the social media giant Facebook, alleging it breached anti-money laundering laws by failing to stop criminals using fake advertisements featuring celebrities like Dr Forrest to scam Australians.

Why isn't ASIC going after the companies that run the advertisements. Aren't they interested in stopping money laundering or are these business too big for ASIC. Facebook, Microsoft, Google, the media companies portals/websites etc have all run scam ads.
