It has been so fun to watch the swaying of opinions and thoughts about the ongoing ISX v ASX saga of late.
Every few hours we see a general swing sentiment change as a new entry to the saga is added.
J Davies rejects the full injunction sought by ISX on the morning of 30-4. ASX supporters gloating, ISX supporters deflated.
Come the afternoon, J Davies makes a couple of observations and statements, some parts of SOR removed and ISX fans are reignited.
Since then SOR announcements, shareholder letters, disallowed announcements, SOR debunking have all been great reading and now scores are tight.
What has ASX got up their sleeve, how are they going to nail the coffin shut for ISX? Will it be a late flurry of facts and a runaway victory? OR a slow grind, eventually proving fair and just in the suspension stakes and outfoxing team ISX? Will they continue to shun ISX most dubious answers to the most potentially damaging questions?
What about ISX? What will they do to finish the job they started in court? Will debunking the SOR and proving with factual evidence that the perf shares were claimed legally, ethically and within reason of revenue definition stop the ASX juggernaut from scoring another point?
Will ASX or ISX shake the damage to reputation they are both so vulnerable to? Will they shake hands at the end and go back to getting on with business?
What's going to happen people and what are one of our two antagonists going to do to come out on top?
