But you need to understand that Red5 consists of past and current employees and consists of more then just Andrew Karantzis.
Sure, JK would surly know that his brother held shares through Red5, but if someones asks a director if ISX who the owners of Red 5 are he couldn't possibly know because, no doubt, some of those past/present employees might have sold shares without the knowledge of ISX directors.
I don't know what else he could of said to the journalist that would be appropriate other then the legal fact that he "wasn't privy" to the ownership.
He could have said something like, "well I'm pretty sure my brother is still a holder, plus about half a dozen other employees, but i have no way of knowing for sure who the exact holders are"
