Yep, it’s all about ASIC now. ASX with their limited powers of investigation have unearthed some potential red flags. Now ASIC can continue to fully investigate using their greater powers and relationships with OS regulators etc. Can’t see how this can trade until that investigation is complete. As hard as it is shareholders just need to sit back and wait. Good luck.
