Indeed, I get that... and the inclusion of ISX to the S&P300 list just before suspension I think the S&P DD of the co shows confidence in the ISX cred. Doesn't S&P due a thorough enough job?

my point is more the persistent and irritating examination of the PSs and whether some were sold. I understood they were escrowed x 12 mth initially but I may mis-remember. Wasn't that mentioned in the ASX approval of the shares?
