Barry yup - you right. The missing thought in what I posted is that if ASIC prosecute then ASX won't relist at least until its over. If ASIC do not prosecute then there is either; ISX do what ASX listed as requirements for re-listing or, ISX are successful in court regarding lifting ASX suspension.
