And to qualm any dilution concerns, and to give context 4.5 million shares were traded today with 3.1% decline from 48.5c to 47c . Out of a total of 575mill shares, a measly 18mill options being exercised will by no means dilute and cause ripples, however only strengthen long term viability.

In my opinion you would have to be dreaming if all 18M options got converted. I would think it likely that if options were in the money, somewhere between 50%-65% will be converted. I would think it likely some people have more options than they could finance, so I am guessing some will go unconverted.
