The only thing is that as we approach the exercise date; if the price is close to 50 cents or below ,you will find that oppies will be less priced than what they are now and two, that the money needed to convert will be very risky to throw in if they are close to the conversion price. Those with many 100's of thousands of shares to the millions will be most at risk if they need to borrow funds to convert. What happens if the price stagnates at 50 cents or goes below? You might as well buy at market ,hence why some oppies will lapse. Of course all this will be irrelevant if they approach or exceed a dollar. All imho
