JK was a real BS artist from what I heard in the update. There was a question around how the legal issues e.g. ASIC etc. would impact listing on other exchanges, he put some spin on his answer saying that there would be no impact which is utter BS. I worked in compliance for global banks/exchanges and can confirm ADVERSE MEDIA & LEGAL CASES is a huge contributor when assessing risk assessing potential clients. It would of been a blatant lie for him to say the exchanges such as TSX/LSE and the Nordic one are not concerned.
