Motley have subscription services with their actual recommendations. The front page is just tabloid fodder. I have no idea if one of the subscription services ever recommended ISX or not. But a front page blurb is not (necessarily) in alignment with their actual recommendations.
So you'd need a Motley subscriber to tell you if it is or not.
