I mentioned how everything started from questions by OM and in that ISX response just above, ISX themselves mentioned that the OM report was authored on 10th of September.

So yes everything started in 10th of September and both you and Dineen keep repeating what I have already outlined in my earlier post. I gave you that link for a reason and yet you didn't even read it.
