Lets face it, the trading halt is in relation to shareprice volatility as a result of questions by OM and subsequent ASIC investigation into ISX's disclosures.

As for what constitute disclosure, like I said, I personally believe it encompasses everything including revenue figures, customers, share movements by insiders, etc.
