Petition everyone and continue to campaign to those available. It isn't only ISX who have/are/being affected by the ASX's autonomous 'indiscriminate' culture and practice and bias. Google search will reveal many other examples from 2011 to 2019.

Examples of lack of fair and equitable treatment in 2019 - there is much evidence available to question why the ASX are allowing/displaying leniency towards Chinese companies who are buying/owning/controlling ASX listed companies and those Chines companies do not have to report quarterly, and/or fail to disclose or forewarn of market sensitive 'deals' or contracts/MOUs....ETC ETC.. Why does the ASX allow Chinese controlled/operated companies to raise and obtain funds via the ASX via IPOs and then not ask for disclosure/quarterly reporting.....could list at least 6 examples here now.

By comparison...what has ISX done to warrant the ASX's suspension? It wasn't share price volatility given the table below. Why hasn't ASX disclosed their reasons to ISX and ISX shareholders given ASX's stated charter?

• ASX query volume/share prices for ISX on 18/19 Sept 2019 yet the table of ASX ISX trading below does not reveal a significant decrease in the share price since 12 Sept.

TRADING DATA FOR ISX in the table above – THE IMPACT OF OM’S REPORT and 9EC newspaper releases is evident – PRICE/VOLUME. Share price is relatively STABLE in the week prior to ASX’s suspension - from 25/9/19 to 1/10/19 data below. The details of the actual ASX trades/traders/brokers and volume/details of short trades etc of 1 October 2019 you would expect should be investigated (by ASX or an external regulator) as the volume of trades (20m) have given the ASX an excuse to suspend ISX (given the ASX's statement of 2 Oct 2019).
