    To put in in context the ASX can use absolute discretion.

    To highlight the absurdity.. Lets assume that two companies are hypothetically the same, this then would mean that they could suspend one, and they could ease the rules for the other one using their absolute discretion defence.

    Absolute discretion, absolute power, absolute BS!!!

    IMO this is Totalitarianism. (companies can't even appeal a ruling).

    This isn't a fair system, it's not democratic, and it's UN Australian!! All in my opinion of course.
