    If ASX is found by the Judge to hold the absolute discretion to keep a company suspended indefinitely based on unsubstantiated reports and unsubstantiated media stories and furthermore if the absolute discretion means they don't have to ask the regulatory body to investigate irregular trading in any security.

    And if ASX has the absolute discretion to release a report that the suspended company states is based on incorrect facts and will damage their business if released....and ASX still bulldozers ahead and flattens them..... wouldn't this mean the end of confidence in the Australian share market once this knowledge of the absolute discretionary power is widespread?

    I don't believe the above scenario is an acceptable outcome to the Government, our democracy or the general public.
