so who is the right person or government body where we can address all this matters. Looks like ASIC will go with ASX. If you look last 3-4 months so many ASX(300) companies do CR in a very cheap price. retail investors got very less chance to participate all this CR!!! Most of the shares go to the so called sophisticated investors!!! Where iS our ASIC and ASX . All this happened in front their eyes. in the name of pandemic they just rob the retail investors.
