On a side note I read the article you posted of the new changes to company shares being increased to 25% for capital raises to off market clients at a 1 for 1 or even 2 for 1 opportunity. Cochlear capital raised 880 million off which Avitas bought 330 million approx. I find it interesting that they Cochlear could sell to them shares at a lower rate of 1.40, of which the writing of the article had them at 1.&0 odd for a profit of 100 million. That is some investment!!!!, it's as if they new something lol. I know the main problem is that mum and dad investors have not been given the chance to buy shares, but I really am struggling to see why the changes were actually necessary. I also noticed that the Chair for Cochlear is also the chair for the ASX...
