The article also suggested that the ASX application would not only check we are who we say we are (KYC/KYCC) for the bank on application for a loan but it would also analyse the bank data and other "big data" to determine if we could afford the loan and/or pay it back.
Do we really want a company, ASX, that has a monopoly to have this kind power? Look where the automated computer analysis got people in Centrelink when they were told they had to pay back payments because "big data" said they didn't deserve the money.
There is more to worry about in the ASX's future ASX is developing than just that it is in competition with ISX.
