@tareqbonny, the ADI license, and the AFSL license are still in progress. I do not know for sure, but I would imagine this is because of the investigation which I don't expect to be complete until the court case is complete.

I do find it a strange coincidence that the opportunity with the banks, the hold-up of the licences, the suspension and all the publicity on what the ASX's DLT will do in the future all happened in pretty much the same timeframe.
