The ASX isnt a market regulator. Abd as far as I am aware ASIC, why is the regulator, didnt request the suspension, nor have they raised any issues that would impact the lifting of the suspension.
It shouldnt matter if you are market regulator or operater, you should treat all listed companies with fairness.........and simply being a morksr operator diesnt maje you dair ir correct, you behavior does!!
