I think it was Captain Salty last week who mentioned that TUI had produced well over a 15 day period.
Just to confirm that I noticed that on the NZOG website it has a figure of 1.3 million barrels of oil being produced during April.
If we take that as being a fairly accurate figure for the production for the 30 days of April then that gives us an average figure of 43,333 barrels per day. And that is for the month of April. Think about it !
No wonder that chart that appears in the NZOG March Quarterly looks so impressive. The one that shows the comparison between what they modelled the production profile against the actual production performance.
Yet they continue to cautiously suggest that the water cut could suddenly reduce the production.
Guess it could but TUI is still very much on song.
Must surely produce 14 million barrels by June 30th
