Not unless there's a personal vendetta, they are a competitive disruptor or both.
The problem appears to be, you get suspended on no facts, spitballing back of the envelope sessions and acting against your own legal counsel and not being suspended if the scenario is opposite. That's some upside down sort of world.
Perhaps all that will change with a new CEO.
