subpoenas should be done early in the piece, sate relevance, be reasonable, have adequate notice time , provide potential reasons why subpoena may not be filled.

now imagine if ASX say - we need these documents that are not forthcoming... therefore our defence is inconclusive, sorry about wasting everyone's time. cheers.

somehow - if they need the documents for the 25/2 submission- they obviously didn't provide enough time - so is this just a time delaying tactic?
