@NashaNasha, Great to see that ASX admits to most of the quotes stated in ISX's 4FASOC, and those it doesn't admit is because ASIC does not know??? Notice, however, ASX attempts to qualify these admissions by saying these statements were before receiving information in confidence.... Nice.

Not terribly convincing considering that "confidential information" must not have been that consequential and may have been just repeating rumours (or perhaps quoting the OM), especially considering that ASIC had already said there was no "smoking gun".

I think this furthers ISX's case that ISX was not treated honestly and fairly.
