One interesting pattern noted in ASX's defence is making KL the default 'scapegoat' for every ISX claim where person or persons are unknown. There were a total of 4 attendees from ASX, but its always Kevin that made a statement.

And to @itzgr82balive point, either they don't know or don't admit to ISX's allegations, but they are 100% certain that Kevin made that statement.

This defence is a desperate attempt to mislead, conceal/misinform the readers. They know it and not sure how far it go with the courts till yet another notice is given.
