ASX can't scapegoat KL. He's not there, and we are suspended. If they wanted to scapegoat him, they needed to "internal review, and decided not to proceed with the suspension. Shares will be reinstated shortly". Ratification is a basic legal argument, and any 2 bit lawyer can point out we've still been suspended for a year after KL retired. Doesnt matter what KL did - if they havent reversed it by now, they are complicit in a wrongdoing. So scapegoat doesnt work.
