Last 4c states legal fees of $3.1m in the last 12 months. $408k of related party costs in the quarter. Zero income. Odds and ends of business, but nothing valuable, nothing income generating.
It's a fairly transparent legal manoeuvre. They've left us with 6-9 months of cash. Enough to create a touch of separation and protect themselves. If the cases drag on, they can wash their hands of it and fold. If the ASIC judgement comes through first, they fold and keep the overseas stuff. ASX judgement isnt going to be a company-maker even if they win (do you actually think he'd leave if he expected a half billion dollar payday?)
