Khaki, my understanding is that the "tactic" - about funding - is basically the same one already used by Isignthis Ltd against Larkspur in the current court case where Isignthis Ltd have been taken to court by Larkspur (555/2019).

I am unsure what is actually happening in that case as Isignthis Ltd (and N Karantzis) were due to submit a defence on 11th March, 2022 and I cannot see any submission of same in the court records.

Can anyone advise what is going on with that case? TIA.
