Not a thing really @agmf2004. It is quite normal to ensure that the person who is the applicant of a claim to have to put aside money in case its claim fails. It can be done in the form of real money or in the form of a bank guarantee. I was surprised at the amount, however. I don't believe that ISXFEU will have any issues fronting up with the money or guarantee.
I am hoping that the SP1 (ISX) case will drag until after the ASIC case is resolved. This will give the economy time to revive, NSX to come through with its settlement system and the market another option of an exchange and therefore ASX not quite so important to the Australian financial system. I note that Tim Hart bought more shares in NSX in the past few days. Good time to buy.
