    Am I correct that I read somewhere that ISX was using it’s NSX shares as its security for costs deposit in the ISX vs ASX case ?
    And if so , the shares would have to stay above a certain price to ensure their value covered the value of the costs order?

    I may be wrong on this one but I would love to hear your thoughts.
