Thanks naomhan for your response. What if the work was done theorectically but the invoicing for the work was late? Many of my suppliers (often small operators) are invoicing me next month, sometimes months later. Conversely I have to pay up front before the work has even started in some cases.

No need to respond. I am still a shareholder. I believe the whole securities industry in this country needs an overhaul because of all the non-disclosed conflicts of interest that is a detrimate to the mums and Dad investors. GLAH
