In the ISX response document it was para 23 (d) (ii) that was a sticking point that stopped eMAP release.

That paragraph refers to the information provided (and the recording made) at the analyst briefing about the 15% money thing. That recording is still floating around the internet for those interested in understanding why eMAP release of the ISX response, inter alia, was refused by ASX.

Others will need to ask ISX why that recording is not available on the ISX website.
