ISX's official response to the SOR contains blatantly erroneous and misleading information so it is blocked from being released through MAP. ISX, however, is allowed to release it through many other channels available and ISX did. The official response is available through ISX's official website and was disseminated over emails, twitter, etc. Evidently even you know that it exists and can access it whenever you want. As for the point with regards to potential competitor, ISX bought into NSX after it has launched the court action against the ASX and there is not even a cursory mention of anything related to competition or conflict of interest in ISX's SOC. As for the content of the official response to the SOR, have you even read it?
