Wow so naive, you don't think ASIC had even looked at ISX before the suspension? Or maybe they were watching carefully, maybe they even spoke to the ASX, they just didn't formally initiate an investigation (under their definition). ASIC were clearly all over this whether it was inquiries or an investigation, they were looking at it!
