Thats the risk. If you choose to lie and the other team has proof or evidence they can bring forward you are in a lot of sht. Would be a massive risk for asx to try and hide that information especially if they are relying on other parties keeping their mouths shut. Once one falls and comes clean the rest will be scrambling to cover their arses and throw someone else under the bus, could even be a whistle-blower at asx. Would imagine a few people there didn't sign up to bury companies for no real reason. I hate how long this is taking but there really isn't anything else that can come out against isx that hasn't already been brought up. If asx are found to be doing any of the shit that we all hope they've done they are so bloody screwed. Settlement before the case, just hope isx hold out for at least $400m
