@goforit99 note.. I decided to expand my targeted ASIC personnel recently........this latest ASIC response is received from a different ASIC Department
"Market Infrastructure" and not from my usual responses from
"Misconduct & Breach Reporting"
It would be interesting to know
which ASIC Department responded to
@NashaNasha, yourself and
@clairezee84 and/or/if advising
"shortly" Also note in this ASIC response they specifically refer to
two dates of my latest emails sent in September......in particular I strengthen my challenging questions using the latest '
CU Independent Expert Review of Continuous Disclosure Policy and Processes'. in substantiation against ASX.
........I'll give ASIC until next week .....and ready for my next email....
