    Actually @aniesbaswedan, that is the wrong question. The question first should be "were the performance shares obtained illegitimately". Once that is proven then we could answer your question.

    However, since you ask, if the question was proven in the affirmative, then I would answer yes, ISX should be allowed to trade on the ASX. ISX would not be punished, the performance shares would be returned and the directors would face possible prosecution. It would not constitute a disabling of the entire corporation, as far as I understand. Happy for you to give me the facts on why my understanding is not correct.
