So Lakspur and Edmond’s are a shoe in you reckon.

Is that a similar shoe in to these other issues you backed as winners:-

ATO freezing orders, (loss) - ASIC performance shares issue (loss) - AFR defamation (loss) - Yourself going backwards in your personal negotiations for performance shares (loss) - etc etc

Your track record on who's going to win is poor (no insight to what's really happening imo)

You backing Lakspur and Edmond's is the end for them (likely loss) based on your historical record.

Benny just like your shares dispute issue with JK, he's not going to hand out performance shares to Lakspur & Edmond's if the terms to exercise the performance shares haven't been satisfactorily fulfilled. Think about it, JK's not going to proceed with the case against him if there's no merit in his decision to deny them the shares backed by evidence.

Your constant bad mouthing off against Karantzis before knowing the results of the Lakspur / Edmond's spat is "abhorrent". Take it easy and wait and see what unfolds
