When people giving "advice" about how dumb I am use phrases such as "I am sure it will be so simple when it happens" it tells me that they have no experience in the topic at hand.
If an overseas listing was simple then it would have already happened as per the email to Shareholders that was sent out in October 2020. It stated that once the full year accounts had been audited then a prospectus would be issued in February and the overseas listing COMPLETED by April 2021. Since that did not happen I can only assume that listing overseas is not a simple matter at all.
Additionally, I cannot recall a demerger/spin-off of a listed company that I have been involved with that has not been accompanied with a taxation ruling for the capital reduction. I am not even sure if a tax ruling is coming.
