They have sufficient capital to carry on the existing business and existing growth as per the prospectus. They are now making profit. In order to enter USA markets etc they need to raise capital. ISXFEU are indicating that they are not intending to do a capital raise at this juncture, so why not let holders out of this mess like they promised would be able to happen.
Current holders are literally dying, or trying to retire etc. have some compassion instead of telling holders they are now still stuck because JK does not want to list.
