I'm OK - but obviously bitterly disappointed with how this whole thing has gone. The value is still sitting on my commsec account, but is basically worth zero unless some miracle happens.

The disappointing thing to me is why JK has not decided to stump up the money for legal fees in the case, as others have mentioned he was more than happy to take out loans or have isignthis pay for other personal costs.

It feels like it's rubber hits the road time for his integrity, if the money is not paid for the bond then JK clearly doesn't think we can win the case, in which case we were kind of lied to for the last 3 years with all the commentary and bluff.
