    ASIC investigation,I think,is about related party disclosures. Whether CEO brother and his family comes under the gambit of related party , based on their % of holding under certain special circumstances.
    The company by voluntarily releaseing this info addressed their concerns.
    In the meantime the CEO is overseas giving presentations as per some reports
