a lot has been written about fundamentas (which look great), the ongoing capital rise via SPP (which is ridiculous, to say the least), but paradoxically nobody seems to be concerned with regard to the legal and regulatory framework governing the resources industry.
Ever wondered why Graphex Mining submitted a comprehensive document (almost 200 pages) that identified 10 key issues associated with the Amending Legislation and the Regulations "that are central to the ability of resources companies operating in Tanzania to obtain the finance required for project development" while Walkabout didn´t? Also notably, Graphex´ proposed JV partner had backed off due to the regulation changes in Tanzania. And, even more important, the export of graphite concentrates seems to be one of the afore-mentioned issues. Therefore, besides financing one big question remains: Does Walkabout really not have these kind of problems?
