From sterilisation drilling, Andrew Cunningham at the AGM stated it's tough to stick a drill bit in the ground and not find Graphite...They chose an area that has roughly 8% TGC.
In the early years, the project has a higher grade opportunity if they require more tons produced...These high-grade pockets are as high as 36% TGC...While they can run the plant for three years at 22% TGC...
The resource is not constrained and focuses on premium products...
At 22% TGC, only five-ton of material is required...To put that into a number using the life of mine strip ratio
ROM mining cost per ton unit US$3.14 x (4.4+1)=$16.95 per ton Rom /17.9% = US$94.69
ROM mining cost per ton unit US$3.14 x (4.4+1)=$16.95 per ton Rom /22% = US$77
A great time to be building a mine...Lindi is not pitching for funding...The project will begin dry commissioning in a few short months...
